BuzzFit is a small boutique style home based gym.  We have classes that run throughout the week as per the timetable.  Classes have up to 12 participants in each session.

Cardio/Strength Classes – each class is different to work different muscle groups and keep you motivated

Metafit & HIIT Classes – 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training

BoxFIT – Get Fit & Strong with our Boxing Classes

Running Program – Learn to run, from the couch to 5km or more

BuzzFit have teams entered into different events throughout the year such as Spartan, Tough Mudder, Foam Fest etc
