I am a mum of four kids, 3 boys and 1 girl. My passion is helping people. I previously worked in the corporate world, but after having children, decided that I wanted to be more active and work around my family. I then found my passion in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have been a fitness trainer for many years and truly take great pride in helping people reach their personal goals.
I am a Certified Health/Life Coach and have developed BuzzFit’s 90 Day Transformation Program. This program is designed to help you become aware of unhealthy habits and learn to change them for life! My life alternates between supporting my family and helping my clients achieve their goals. Since starting BuzzFit and evolving and growing myself, I have to say I am the happiest I have ever been 😊
I have participated in many running events from 5km to half marathons. I have also participated in many mud obstacle events such as Spartan, Tough Mudder etc.
I have worked with people of all ages from 8 to 80, people with injuries and special needs/circumstances. I have extensive experience and success with clients achieving weight loss, increasing and maintaining peak fitness, increasing strength, tone and core fitness, plus helping clients achieve goals such as running marathons. I have helped clients improve their overall health including reducing or discontinuing medications.
I believe we need to look after our body, as it’s the only place we have to live in!

13 years in the fitness industry, in a gym, personal training, group training and bootcamps with one to more than 50 participants. Owner/operator of BuzzFit, conducting many small group fitness classes per week, plus many personal training sessions (1 on 1). Preseason fitness training for a local senior football club. Fitness training through the season for junior football teams. Community coaching for fitness and sport in local schools. Preparing and undertaking 4 week and 6 week challenges. Conducting group reset cleanses, coaching 90 day Programs, running programs etc.
